The 3-hour session fees (column 1) apply for all stereo and multitrack recording sessions held on location. Instrument mic-up and balancing is considered part of the session. This fee cannot be reduced if the session is not used in full. Normally up to two sessions are scheduled in a working day, in certain cases this can be extended to three sessions. |

The overtime hourly rates (column 2) apply when a 3-hour session needs to be extended without prior arrangement. |

The
rates for in-studio recording (column 3) apply to all work done at my studio,
or in either of these situations:
1 . All subsequent editing following a stereo recording while still on location, with prior arrangement. 2 . Extension of location 3-hour sessions with prior arrangement. |

Multitrack recording is available subject to a minimum booking of three 3-hour sessions. In my experience, if you’re going to multitrack, you’ll probably need all three. |

If you require a larger quantity of CD's, I will quote this for you separately, as this will be done at a proper CD pressing plant. Quantities start at 500 units, but are more cost effective from 1000 units and above. Extras include CD surface printing, booklet and inlay printing, cellophane wrapping. |

A commercial CD (or any recording replicated at a CD plant) will require MCPS clearance before replication can commence. Furthermore, CDs intended for commercial sale need to be registered with PPL and provided with ISRC and a UPC barcode, in order to ensure that you receive public performance royalties and a correct indication of sales. These services are normally provided by established record companies. As I operate several record labels, I can provide these administrative services and a barcode upon request, and as a bonus, your CD will officially be released on one of my record labels. Contact me for details. |

![]() Artwork, typesetting, pre-press and printing Give your CD a professional look by having the booklet, insert and CD label professionally designed and printed. I
can provide graphic design, typesetting and all other pre-press requirements
for all the CD's elements (booklet, inlay and CD surface). I can include
your supplied publicity photographs in the design, and prepare everything
in either full colour, spot colour or greyscale.
Printing prices vary depending on the nature of the job and the quantity of booklets printed. Therefore, a quote will be given per job. For
a replicated CD, the booklet, rear insert and CD surface printing is usually
provided by the CD replication plant, and will be included in the replication
price.
